Untapped New York offers text messaging for guest support and booking reminders. There are two ways you may receive texts, and both are optional.

  • Guest support: If you text our guest experience number, you are starting a conversation and consent to receive replies from our team about your booking, such as meeting points, timing, tickets, and accessibility. We do not text you unless you have messaged us first.
  • Booking reminders: If you opt in at checkout on our booking platform, automated reminder and booking related texts may be sent to you directly by FareHarbor, our booking system, regarding the reservation you made.

Message frequency varies based on your activity and your reservations. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, after which you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
